PROVISIONAL ALLOTMENT ORDER (for APRCET CANDIDATES)

1. The Candidate is instructed to report by clicking on Allotment letter and Self-Reporting under Forms tab from website http://sche.ap.gov.in
2. Report to the allotted University with all original certificates with photo copies of joining report.
3. Submit a copy of report and obtain acknowledgement on second copy from the University where you have reported and retain the same with you.
4. Both Self reporting and reporting at the allotted University are compulsory to retain the present allotment. The last date for self-reporting and the reporting at the allotted University is 30-04-2022.
5. Pay the fee in University as per the concern University regulations.
6. If you do not report through self-reporting system and not reporting at the allotted University, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and you will not have claim on the seat allotted.
7. The academic credentials verified if found false at a later date, your allotment will be cancelled and you are also liable for criminal prosecution.
8. All the Principals/DOA/Deans are requested to verify the original certificates of the admitted candidates thoroughly and bring to the notice of the Convener, APRCET-2021 Admission for any deviations.
9. ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSIONS IN ALLOTTED UNIVERSITY:
   1. Transfer Certificate (TC)
   2. PG Certificates and Mark lists
   3. Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/ BC-A/B/C/D/E Categories)
   4. Service Certificates (for Part-Time Candidates)
   5. Study certificates /residence certificate in the prescribed format in support of local status as defined in G.O P No. 646 dt. 10.07.1979 and its amendments.
   6. Category-1 Certificate (UGC-NET (Including JRF)/UGC-CSIR-NET(Including JRF)/SLET/APSET, GATE/GPAT score (with stipulated period of time), and FDP)
   7. Copy of the Allotment letter and Self reporting form

PROVISIONAL ALLOTMENT ORDER (for APRCET CANDIDATES)

1. The candidate is instructed to report by clicking on “Allotment letter and Self-Reporting” under “Forms” tab from website https://sche.ap.gov.in
2. Take print out of two copies of joining report and report to the allotted college with all original certificates. Submit a copy of joining report and obtain acknowledgement on 2nd copy from the College where you have reported and retain the same with you.
3. Both Self reporting and reporting at the allotted College is compulsory to retain the present allotment. The last date for Self reporting and reporting at the allotted College is 12.01.2022 (before 5.00 pm).
4. If you do not report through self-reporting system and/or not reporting at the allotted college, the provisional allotment will be automatically stands cancelled and you have no claim on the seat allotted.
5. The academic credentials verified if found false at a later date, your allotment will be cancelled and you are also liable for criminal prosecution.
6. The allotment made under Special category is subject to clearance from the concerned authorities.
7. Candidate has to produce the transfer certificate at the time of taking admission in college otherwise the provisional allotment made stands cancelled.
8. Class work will commence from 17.01.2022.
9. Allotment of seats for Special Category will be announced in due course after confirmation on priorities by the respective authorities.
10. All the Principals are requested to verify the original certificates viz caste,study, income and Intermediate/Degree/Equivalent certificates of the admitted candidates thoroughly and request to bring to the notice of the Convenor, APPECET – 2021 Admissions for any deviation.
